Massage Therapist Job Opening (Rockville MD, Gaithersburg MD, Germantown MD)

We are looking for an energetic massage therapist to join our rapidly growing outpatient medical facility.  The patient population comprises mostly adults with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.  The candidate will be working closely with physical therapist, providing massage therapy to our patients as part of their treatment plan.  We provide the patients and all the supplies, and you provide the massage.

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Active license in Maryland, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Having a pleasant personality is a big plus.
  • Comfortable treating patients independently.
  • Comfortable interacting with other medical professionals.
  • Having prior experience in medical is desirable, but not required.

Compensation: $20-$30 / hr (commensurate with experience) as independent contractor for part-time employment.  The candidate can switch to employee with benefits when working full-time

Work schedule: The position is initially part-time (flexible days and times), with the potential of becoming a full-time position.  Our therapists normally work 6 - 8 hr shifts.

Locations: Rockville MD, Gaithersburg MD, or Germantown MD (Maryland)
